A.B.A.T.E. of Alaska — Alaska Bikers Advocating Training & Education.
A.B.A.T.E. of Arizona — ABATE of Arizona, Inc. is a non-profit motorcycle rights organization that is dedicated to freedom of the road for all motorcyclists. ABATE is a volunteer organization that fights discriminatory legislation aimed towards the motorcycling community. ABATE's position is that all motorcycle riders have the right to choose not only the machine that they ride, but also the riding gear that they choose to wear or not to wear (i.e., leathers, gloves, boots and helmets).
A.B.A.T.E. of Arkansas — We are a nonprofit organization that promotes, practices and teaches motorcycle safety while actively lobbying our elected officials on all levels. We provide many different things to our membership throughout the year, entertainment and community service projects along with numerous rides and runs all over our fine state of Arkansas.
A.B.A.T.E. of California — ABATE of California is a motorcyclists' rights organization dedicated to preserving individual freedom and promoting safety. We fully support rider training, safety and educational programs. Our members also raise funds for the less fortunate, through charity runs and benefits. A.B.A.T.E. of Colorado — ABATE (A Brotherhood Active Towards Education) of Colorado is a non-profit motorcyclists' rights organization dedicated to preserving individual freedom and promoting safety. We encourage proper safety gear when riding, however we believe in the freedom of choice. We operate the largest rider training program in Colorado, as well as offer a motorist awareness program. ABATE of Colorado invites you to research our organization and make an informed decision about joining the battle to protect your rights as a motorcyclist.
A.B.A.T.E. of Delaware — ABATE is a motorcyclists' rights organization, dedicated to maintaining your right to ride without undue government interference. We are not an anti-helmet organization. Many of our members choose to wear a helmet every time they ride - the operative word being "choose."
A.B.A.T.E. of Florida — We are an association which lobbies and educates the government and the general public to promote motorcycling in a safe and positive image. A.B.A.T.E. of Kansas — ABATE is a motorcycle organization composed of motorcycle enthusiasts throughout the country. Putting motorcycle legislation in its proper perspective is our main concern. This is accomplished through safety education programs, public awareness programs and other proposals designed to prevent fatal or injury accidents.
A.B.A.T.E. of Louisiana — We are a non-profit organization dedicated to motorcycle safety, awareness, and realistic motorcycle legislation. Through the efforts of A.B.A.T.E. of Louisiana, concerned motorcyclists, and supporters, Louisiana no longer had a mandatory helmet law for those eighteen years of age or older after the 1999 legislative session. During the 2004 session that was all changed. The House and Senate voted to re-instate the helmet law. We continue to live up to this mission statement and fight to repeal this law.
A.B.A.T.E. of Maryland — ABATE (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments) of Maryland is the largest association of motorcycle riders in Maryland, whose members have joined together to advocate training as the foremost means to reducing accidents and injury, to put an end to discriminatory legislation, to communicate via a bi-monthly newsletter, to explore ways to improve the overall motorcycling experience in Maryland, and to provide for and assure a continuing freedom and affordability of motorcycling.
A.B.A.T.E. of Michigan — ABATE of Michigan, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the rights and promoting the safe operating practices of Michigan motorcyclists. We are a freedom of choice organization and are comprised of all types of motorcyclists from all walks of life.
A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota — American Bikers for Awareness Training and Education (A.B.A.T.E.) of Minnesota is a
not for profit, grass roots organization that is committed to Minnesota’s motorcyclists.
A.B.A.T.E. of Mississippi — Our purpose is to keep you updated on the events, legislative progress, and other information in order to help you help us protect your individual freedom. We are a motorcyclist rights organization interested in maintaining freedom of choice by providing education instead of making legislation to protect citizens from ourselves. We are not against wearing helmets but we do not want to be forced to wear them. We are competent, tax paying, law abiding, voting adult citizens and do not feel that we need to be told how to protect ourselves while engaged in our pursuit of happiness. We feel motorcyclists have the same rights as automobile drivers, so we helped have legislation passed to make antique and personalized tags available for motorcycles. We also try to keep an eye on any other legislative issues that impact our membership, such as discrimination in health insurance, prohibitions on motorcycle access to federal and state parks, and mandates for unnecessary "safety" equipment. Our organization is open to all concerned parties, regardless of what brand motorcycle they prefer to ride or even if they ride at all.
A.B.A.T.E. of Missouri — Our Mission, as members of ABATE for Missouri, Inc., is to preserve the universal right to a safe, unrestricted motorcycling environment. Our purpose is to make every effort to influence State, National and Worldwide political actions in favor of motorcyclist's rights. We support programs to educate drivers, legislators and motorcyclists aimed toward education and safety.

A.B.A.T.E. of Nebraska — American Bikers Aiming Toward Education, ABATE, has been in existence since the early 1970s and is comprised of individual and autonomous organizations in virtually every state. The purpose of ABATE is to address issues affecting motorcycle riders at a state level, as well as to influence legislation at a national level through support of organizations such as The Motorcycle Riders Foundation and The American Motorcyclists Association. The state organizations also interact so as to formulate regional goals and coordinate political efforts. In its simplest form, ABATE is a grass roots lobby advocating the well-being of motorcycle riders through safe riding habits and rider training, as well as matters of restrictive legislation aimed toward motorcycle riders and motorcycles. ABATE also addresses issues such as motorcycle awareness by the general driving public, discriminatory insurance practices toward motorcycle riders, safe road conditions, reduced tolls, space conscious parking, age-limits on passengers, etc.
A.B.A.T.E. of Nevada — (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) is a not for profit organization dedicated to “Preserving the rights, improving the image, and promoting the safe operating practices of all Northern Nevada motorcyclists.”
A.B.A.T.E. of New Jersey — ABATE is a motorcyclist's rights organization, not a club. It therefore makes no difference what or where or when you ride. New riders, veterans, seasonal riders, year-rounders, we work for all and we seek membership from all. We do not differentiate, nor discriminate, over brands or styles. With membership, you receive a valuable subscription to our monthly newspaper, along with many other incidental benefits. We organize rides and runs, activities, parties, and meetings. We sponsor positive legislative work and we fight against any anti-motorcyclist legislation as it gets started. In both Trenton and Washington, we watch and safeguard all things pertaining to you and your ride.

A.B.A.T.E. of Pennsylvania — A.B.A.T.E. is the “Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education.” It is an organization of motorcyclists dedicated to the protection of the individual rights of motorcyclists through political change, public education, and charitable works. As part of this mission, ABATE is active in the elimination of unfair legislation as it concerns motorcyclists; promoting motorcycle safety through both motorist and rider education; and improving the image of motorcyclists to the general public.
A.B.A.T.E. of South Carolina — ABATE of SC defends the rights of bikers in South Carolina. ABATE of SC also works with regional and national coalitions and organizations such as AIM/NCOM, AMA, MRF, SCC, and The Biker Republic to help defend liberty in Washington DC.

A.B.A.T.E. of Tennessee — CMT/ABATE, Inc. is not a "Biker Club", but a non-profit, political organization that was formed to preserve freedom and safety for all Tennesseans who enjoy motorcycling. A.B.A.T.E. of Texas — ABATE began in the early 1970's when a mandatory helmet law was first introduced in the state of California. Easyriders magazine and a few supportive groups formed an organization which they called ABATE to fight that law. Since that time, ABATE groups have organized in over 36 states. ABATE also began in Texas in the 1970's and has reorganized three times since then, the latest reorganization coming in 1990. (The) Texas ABATE Confederation is organized and operated exclusively for education and charitable purposes under section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and in the State of Texas as a nonprofit corporation.

A.B.A.T.E. of Virginia — ABATE of Virginia, Inc. is a state motorcyclist rights organization dedicated to responsible legislation for motorcyclists and all motorists. ABATE is a legislative/educational organization which was incorporated in Virginia in 1985. There are state organizations established in most of the United States. We are advocates of uniform licensing procedures and training & awareness programs. We are NOT against the wearing of helmets. Our membership covers the entire spectrum of society.
A.B.A.T.E. of Washington — ABATE is a non-profit organization dedicated to the Freedom of Choice. Membership is open to anyone interested in promoting freedom of the roads, whether you ride a motorcycle or not. Ensure your freedom by fighting anti-bike legislation and promoting fair motorcycle legislation. ABATE does not advocate that you ride without a helmet when the law is repealed, only that you have the right to decide.
